If you are a sporty person, this department is just for you! We organise sports socials for members to get together and play Football, Captainball, Badminton, Basketball, Frisbee, Netball and Volleyball. We have opportunities for you to play both socially or competitively. Every year, we send our teams for the annual Nottingham games and several other exciting competitions within UK!
Captain: Jon Shaun
All-time Malaysian’s favourite sport regardless if you’re good at it or not everyone comes and enjoy play Badminton. Practices and Socials usually hold at Handyside Sports Centre fortnightly.
Captain: Aiman Fikri
In 2018, UCL Msoc Basketball placed 1st at Nottingham Games 2018! In 2017 we finished 1st and 2nd in Leeds Game, 3rd in Nottingham Games and Bath Games in 2018. With a reputation to uphold, focus is always to finish with glory so trainings take place almost every week.
Though there’s no competition, it’s still where people get along for sports. If netball is easier and customise for men it’ll be Captainball. Social sessions usually take place in Regents Park on a weekly basis.
Ultimate Frisbee usually plays as 7 aside or 5 aside depending on the event host. Practices and socials take place in Regents Park weekly or fortnightly.
Captain: En Jie
Practices and Socials usually take place at Handyside Sports Centre. Though we encourage boys to come along, priority is to girls as there’s only competition for girls and not mixed.
Touch Rugby is a new addition to our sports team in year 2019. Practices and Socials take place in Regents Park’s open field, either on Wednesday or Weekends.
